I recently stayed at Pulse Grande Hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the complimentary toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s fantastic dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious and fresh choices, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The on-site restaurant served exquisite meals with a diverse menu, and the service was top-notch. The hotel’s location was ideal, conveniently situated close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The concierge team was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and directions, ensuring I made the most of my time in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel was elegant yet welcoming, with beautifully maintained common areas and a relaxing atmosphere. Nice cool hotel on top of the hill. I managed to get a view (through some trees) of the Putrajaya skyline and Putra Mosque, if I'm not mistaken. Smooth checking-in and courteous staff from concierge. They gave me room at level 3 i.e. same level as the lobby/reception, no need to take a lift. All in working conditions i.e. lights, air-conditioning, TV etc. The room was not new and modern but well maintained with some refurbishment. The bathroom had bath tub and also a separate shower closet. Quite convenient as some hotels you have to shower in the bath tub. It was Ramadhan and I didn't take the sahur/breakfast option but I did ordered through room service. I'm quite impressed with the ordering through an apps, they responded through the chat box to confirm on my order and even by phone call to double confirm certain things. And the food was wonderful with reasonable portion even though a bit pricey. And they said the room service is 24 hours even in other months than Ramadhan, as most of the hotels I had been limit to 9pm for last order.

The air conditioner is remarkably effective in keeping the large spacious room at the most accommodating temperature without the need to wait for a longer time. And the staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful in attending to the requests to ensure that my stay is a memorable one. And I have to say Mr. Ihwan who was in charge, has done a remarkable job and duty to his utmost efforts in assisting me with all my needs so that I didn't have a lot of hassle throughout my stay. I want to thank you for providing the services during my two-night stay in the hotel.

Highly recommend - location was superb and the room was spacious! I loved the tranquility of its ambiance and surroundings and even with standard room, it spacious and so comfortable with a bathtub. Of course it’s not advisable due to privacy but you can relax in the bathtub while looking to the balcony area. I just loved it! Yes, the near parking is limited and you have to walk a bit from the other parking but I personally find it not a problem at all. I love walking and with the surroundings, everyone should walk too. It is accessible to the ‘Tangga Putrajaya’ - wasn’t it nice?!..

The room was spacious but no extra beds for my daughter so she had to sleep on the floor during our stay. We requested extra mattress, pillows and blankets but no mattress available. Everything was in working order..lovely sunset views from the balcony..the breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety..we received a cookie jar and tablet mat as gifts for children during school holidays..my daughter enjoys the shuttle rides too. Situated on top of the hill next to night Garden with colourful lights and views of Putrajaya.
